Preserve resolution
15-minute data remains 15-minute data. Annual data remains annual. Missing detail is never silently invented.
Swiss electricity, made programmable
SEED is the canonical digital representation of the Swiss electricity system—a trusted, living data graph built for people and machines.
From fragmented sources
to one coherent system
“Create the canonical digital representation of the Swiss electricity system.”
The foundational data layer on which intelligent Swiss electricity applications can be built.
Electricity information is abundant, authoritative—and scattered across institutions, formats and definitions.
Discover, ingest, normalize, connect, validate, reconcile, version and serve authoritative Swiss electricity and energy data.
SEED does not flatten the electricity system. It connects its different dimensions while preserving what each observation actually means.
Operators, organizations, generation assets, grid assets and—where appropriate—buildings.
SEED never makes data artificially clean by destroying its meaning.
15-minute data remains 15-minute data. Annual data remains annual. Missing detail is never silently invented.
Preliminary and revised values coexist. SEED preserves what was published, what changed and when.
Physical proximity does not prove an electrical relationship. Unknowns remain explicit.
When official sources conflict, SEED records the difference and its reasoning instead of hiding the decision.
A deliberate division of responsibility keeps SEED intelligent without making the numbers probabilistic.
One question to SEED can replace integrations with ten different Swiss systems.

SEED is not another dashboard, wrapper, forecasting platform or CSV-to-JSON service. Those products can use SEED.
Switzerland is the first implementation. Once the model and connector architecture are proven, the same abstraction can extend to Germany, Austria and the wider European energy system.
Turn fragmented authoritative electricity information into one trusted, living, machine-readable representation of the Swiss energy system.
